A beautiful Apothecary lidded jar in clear glass bubble glass complete with 2 lion head masks and painted decoration as shown. This stunning item is ideal for any kitchen display with sweets , cookies ect. The jar height approx 33 cm X 9 cm wide at the foot rim , the top rim 9.5 cm with rounded rim , the underside foot rim in brown trailed glass with snapped pontil. The jar in great condition with a small air hole to the lid , the hole edge with small original? Crack , some small use marks and lots of air bubbles. Please note I have no idea of age but any advice welcome , the item appears modern given the decoration on the front. A fine item new to the market from house clearance.
