Please see all photos as part of description. Lid screws on and off with no problem. The handle wire is bent. The handle lays down on one side, but not the other, as shown in pictures from top view. The lid has some damage, as shown. The jar itself is not scratched up, except on bottom, as shown. Last picture shows a small chip in the glass under where the lid screws on. A few issues, but it is old and has been used, probably for decades. Yellow, white and green bands of color shade the tulips and tufts of grass. Really cute vintage item. It is approximately 10″ tall including the raised handle and about 6 1/2″ in diameter. It ways right at 3 pounds.
