This is a nice green depression glass cookie jar. It is unique in that it has a bailed wire. And wooden handle which is in very good condition. There is no mark as to the maker. But in checking further I believe it is made by Anchor Hocking Co. Possibly in the 1930s. The jar is in good condition except on one of the ribs on the bottom front you can feel. A small chip but it is not noticeable. I could not see it , only felt it. My mom had this jar. On display on her counter and to add interest in it she had it filled with artificial lemons.
