I do not see a hallmark, though there may be one. The flowers are hand painted on a frosted looking glass. Lid has what looks like a flower bud on top, handle and lid are nicely decorated. Does not come to magnet at all. I think it is silver over brass? Approx 8 inches tall & 5 inches diameter.
