This listing is for an Old Vintage Victorian CF Monroe Wavecrest Art Glass Biscuit Barrel / Cracker Jar. It has a Silver Plated Lid and Handle. It is marked inside lid C. Co Quadruple Plate for C. Glass is not signed but most definitely Wave Crest. It has a raised scroll decoration around pink flowers on each of the sides. It is made of opaque white milk glass and has light yellow accent coloring around body. It is in excellent condition overall with no chips, cracks, or repairs. Glass is clean and perfect! Silver looks clean and shiny. Just some minor wear to plating on top rim (photo 12). Very clean and in and out! Please view the photos carefully as they are my main description. (White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item). It is pretty big and fragile weighing over 2 lbs before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed. It measures 10 3/4″ tall to top of handle, 8″ tall to top of lid finial, 6 1/8″ tall to rim, 5 3/8″ across sides of square body, 4 1/2″ across top rim with 3 3/8″ opening, and 3 1/2 at the round base.
