Vintage Standard Churn Company 4 Quart No. 4 Clear Glass Butter Churn / Square Red Top & Wood Handle. Description: Up for sale is a Vintage SCC 4 Quart No. 4 Clear Glass Butter Churn with a Square Red Top & Wood Handle. The bottom is marked “SCC”. One side is marked “4” and another is marked “Fill to here” and the top is marked “21” on the handle. This glass jar part of the churn has a great shape with the indentations on each side & the 4 corners have raised lines. The gears are covered by 2 red metal square pieces & has a nice handle on the side. This is in good working condition! One side of the wooden paddles is missing but could be replaced. The other is sturdy. The wooden handle has no cracks. The top red metal part is a bit worn, paint is chipped but turns well. The glass jar has no chips or cracks and has a very unique shape & design. Measurements: The approximate measurements are shown in the photos. The jar opening is 5 in diameter. This is 13″ tall x 6 1/2″ x 6 1/2. The wood paddle is 3 3/4 long. This is a rare collectible piece that would look great displayed in a country kitchen or primitive decor. Feel free to make an offer.
