This vintage collector’s set includes two Mr. Peanut hexagon glass counter jars with lids and a Mr. The clear glass jars feature the iconic yellow graphics of Mr. Peanut and the Planters name. These original jars are from the United States and have not been modified. Around the inside rim of the jars there are a few rough spots which you can see and feel if you run your finger over them. They are not cracked or broken. Overall not bad but can probably use a good cleaning before display. The 2 lids are also included. One lid with the glass peanut for the handle is the corresponding lid to these jars. The second lid with the red handle is a Tom’s Peanut jar lid and is another vintage piece that fits perfect and looks great with the yellow graphics. Note this red lid is not a Planter’s lid, it is a Tom’s Peanut lid (it says Tom on it). Also included as a vintage Mr. The pen is intact but showing lots of wear and does not work. The top of the pen has a little Mr. Peanut character that is encased in water. The water is still in the pen which is not easy to find.
