Working Antique from 1920’s-30’s (possibly dates earlier) Butter Churn with Wooden Paddles and Decorated Wooden Butter Paddle. Unable to find any markings, but looks to be Dazey. 4 QT glass jar has a beautiful and unique raised pattern. Crank turns paddles and appears to work, but have not made butter so can not guarantee final results. Provenance: From pioneer family settling in Southern Oregon. Churn is from the original farmhouse. 14 H x 6 1/2 x 6 1/2. Condition: Overall very good. Antique with wear/rust on metal finish. Small chip in rim of the glass jar that does not hinder screwing on the crank. Crank handle is loose, but secure. Jar may not be the original jar that came with the churn and may have been a replacement at some point since it is unmarked. SEE/ZOOM ALL PHOTOS FOR EXACT CONDITION OF ITEM.
