Originally Duncan #320 clear pressed glass biscuit or cookie jar. 5.5 without the lid on. Truly antique age, circa 1891+. Few chips on the bottom rim, see last two pictures for details. They are on the bottom, on the inner rim, smooth to a touch, not unusual for such age.
