This is a beautiful antique cobalt cut to clear glass sugar bowl or jam jar with silver foot, handle, and lid. It is most likely European, possible Baccarat or Val St. I can’t find any marks, but I believe the silver to be sterling. It is 5 3/4 to the top of the finial. It is in good condition with no chips or cracks. The item will weigh approximately 1 lb.
