Very delicate hand blown fluted covered jar with an applied scallop decorated base and berry. When I consider the way it is made I also think it could be an early Steuben piece. There is some wear on the bottom where the base meets the surface, but not easy to see. The fruit finial is applied and the berry. It is about 6 3/4″ at its widest and 5 1/4″ tall.
